Hytec Inter Co., Ltd. (President: Norihito Asao, Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), a developer and seller of industrial networking and video equipment　announced that it will exhibit its 4K video encoder & decoder for low latency/narrow bandwidth video transmission over 5G network “LLC-4000” and Compact Private 5G Platform “PoC System” at the Japan Pavilion of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications at MWC, the world’s largest mobile technology exhibition, from February 27 through March 2nd.

In recent years, while the strength of manufacturing in the Japanese telecommunications equipment industry has weakened, many high-quality products have been developed overseas. In Japan, many of our customers are still using old network equipment that major companies have discontinued manufacturing and supporting. With the desire to support such clients, we have continued to offer support for discontinued products and import and replacement of overseas products in close cooperation with our customers.

We also started developing our own products that reflect the needs of our customers, with the desire to provide products that are stable in any challenging environment, and easy to install with affordable price. As a new Japanese brand created by a company that also knows the advantages of overseas products, we hope to spread Japan’s manufacturing technology and product power once again to the world and enhance the value of Japan’s presence in the global market.

1. 4K low latency/narrow bandwidth video encoder & decoder “LLC-4000”

LLC-4000 is a 4K video encoder & decoder system featuring accurate Video stream bandwidth management called PRC (Peak Rate Control).
This feature enables transmission of 4K Video over 5G networks without Needing to use multiple mobile network bonding.

• 4K 60fps / 5-20Mbps (Uplink 5G) Full HD 60fps / 3Mbps, 30fps 1.5Mbps (Uplink LTE)
• Glass to Glass Low Latency system over Private 5G
  (Encoder / Decoder latency is less than 50 msec)
